BASE Jumping in Idaho
Coordinates:

The Perrine Bridge is located in Twin Falls, Idaho overlooking the Snake River. This location is perfect for base jumping enthusiasts as this is the only man-made stucture in the United States where base jumping is allowed year round without a permit. Jumping simply requires informing the local Sherriff by placing a phone call beforehand.
The bridge is roughly 1,500 feet long and 486 feet tall. Originally built in 1927, this bridge was at one time the tallest in the world. That statement alone attests to how tall this bridge is. Over the years, the bridge was purchased by Idaho and later replaced to withstand heavy use.
A trip to the Perrine Bridge is definitely on our to-do-list. Are you willing to make the jump?
