No warranty of any kind, implied, expressed or statutory is given in respect to the content of this website.

Extreme sports are dangerous and all safety measures must be taken. Even when those safety measures are taken, there is still risk involved. It shall be your responsibility to ensure that information available through this website is used only for educational purposes.

Efforts is taken to keep the website up-to-date for factors such as companies going out of business, locations which are now illegal, locations which move, companies which change their contact information, etc. You agree to verify all information listed on the website. We are not responsible for the use of any out-of-date information. We make all reasonable efforts to provide correct information but it is up to the end user, i.e. you, to verify its accuracy. We will not be held responsible for any costs incurred while using the information (whether correct or incorrect) contained on this site.

11. Discussions:
You agree to be respectful of other users on message boards and forums. Any disrespectful comment posted will be deleted. You agree not to spam or otherwise post anything unrelated to the topics of the website. We are not responsible for comments posted by users but will in our sole discretion remove inappropriate discussions.

Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense. Any dispute arising from inappropriate use of the website is subject to the laws of Michigan in the United States of America. Any lawsuit that arises through these acts, Thirst for Adrenaline’s legal fees will be paid for by the offender.

The website may contain third party links which redirect you to other websites. We have no control over the content on those sites or their privacy policies. We only have control over which links are placed on our site. Third party sites may place and read cookies on your browser or use web beacons to collect information. Therefore we cannot be responsible for your privacy and protection while visiting those sites not governed by this privacy policy.

14. Hall of Fame Nomination Form:
You agree that the information you submit on the nomination form is accurate and complete. You agree not to nominate a fictitious individual.

15. Maps:
The various maps will not always show exact location. With many sports, there is not one specific location but a general area. We will not be held accountable for accidents in any of these areas (i.e. cliff diving at the exact spot on the map because that location is meant to illuminate the cliff diving region) or travel costs to these locations (i.e. you cannot find it, conditions are not ideal, etc.). The locations, if not exactly correct, are approximate and are in the nearby area. This website is a resource for these locations but should not be the only resource in your research. We post the Google business listing when available. That listing was created by the company directly and may contain their office location (not their participation area).

16. Amazon:
Thirst for Adrenaline is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.

17. Every Extreme Sport, Including Cliff Diving:
We are not responsible for any injuries, legal issues, or anything else associated with your extreme sport experience. We only provide the locations we learn about from our various sources. We post precautions and it’s up to the visitors to follow those rules and any rules or precautions not listed on Thirst for Adrenaline. We ask that cliff divers/jumpers research the areas to determine if a jump is legal. Many cliff diving locations are now illegal due to their dangerous conditions. We try our best not to provide information on any location we know to be illegal but due to changing local laws we can make no guarantees. The locations on the map are for the general cliff diving area and are not to be viewed as the exact location to dive from. DO NOT DIVE FROM THE EXACT MAP LOCATION!
