Appointments:
WE ARE OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND!
Appointments are appreciated but not always necessary. We usually have a few slots available each day so that we can get you jumping the same day you call! If you would like to make an appointment, simply call us at (518) 895-8140.
We will need the following information:
– Your name
– Your phone number
– The type of jump that you would like to do (we can explain your options)
– How many people will be jumping
– Let us know if you would like a video, stills, or both.
Please bear this in mind: We cannot control the weather, and there are many other factors which may delay your scheduled jump. Please plan on spending the entire day with us.
We are concerned about your safety, and the safety of our staff. High winds, precipitation, low clouds, and many other unpredictable factors may delay your skydive. There is no guarantee you will jump the same day that you are scheduled, and there are no refunds of deposit, but you can come back when the weather is nice at no extra charge.
Tandem:
Make your skydive with step-by-step instruction, harnessed together with your instructor every step of the way – from aircraft exit through freefall, descent, and landing. It’s a great way to experience the world of skydiving and enjoy 25 to 30 seconds of freefall from 9,000 feet and a scenic 6 to 8 minute parachute ride.
It starts off with some brief training, about a half hour (not including paper work), then you’re off! Plan to spend the entire day with us to allow for delays such as weather problems.
You must be at least 18 years of age or older to make a tandem skydive.
You should wear comfortable clothes (no hoodies please). For footwear, sneakers are preferred over boots. You will be provided with a jumpsuit, as well as all other needed equipment.
Do not wear boots with lace hooks, and do not wear flip flops, or sandals.
After you enjoy your Tandem Skydive, feel free to ask about our Static Line Course through which you can train to become a Licensed Skydiver.
Get a video of your skydive to share your experience with friends!
Static Line Jumps:
On your first solo Static Line jump you will be taken to an altitude of 4,000 feet. As you exit the plane, an attached static line will open your canopy directly. Then you will listen as your instructor will give you radio-assisted guidance back to the landing area over the enthusiastic cheers of your friends and family!
This is the first jump in a series of skydives through which you can become a licensed skydiver. For more information on the course feel free to contact us. Depending on the size of the class, it starts off with about 4 hours of personal training (not including paperwork), then you’re off! Plan to spend the entire day with us to allow for delays such as weather problems.
You must be at least 18 years of age or older to make a static line skydive.
Requirements:
With the advent of state-of-the-art equipment, practically anyone can make a skydive today as long as they are active and in good health. If for any reason you are worried about any physical condition that may preclude you from making a safe skydive, check with your physician.
If you weigh more than 220 lbs, an additional fee may be required for you to make your jump due to extra work involved and special equipment needed. The MAXIMUM combined weight limit of student, instructor and gear is 500 lbs. It is up to each individual instructor as to whether or not they will take you depending on your stats, and depending on the type of first jump you do. If you have any questions about your height or weight please give us a call at (518) 895-8140.
Age Requirements:
Static line first jump course – You must be at least 18 years of age to make a static line skydive. Please bring a valid form of ID with you at the time of your appointment.
Tandem jump – You must be at least 18 years of age to make a tandem skydive. There is no maximum age. The oldest person to make a skydive with us was 95.
Things To Consider:
We cannot control the weather, and there are many other factors which may delay your scheduled jump. Please plan on spending the entire day with us. Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a sweatshirt (no hoods). No boots with lace hooks, and no sandals or flip flops. For footwear, sneakers are preferred.
The Jump:
Skydiving is a high-speed sport for people who are in good physical condition, and are ready to have the time of their lives! The jump itself will be the best time you’ll have with your clothes on and something you’ll never forget. Please eat lightly and drink fluids on hot days. If you get air sick or car sick It may be a good idea to take some “Bonine” (our recommendation) first. Second choice is Dramamine.
We currently offer Tandem and Static Line training programs.
